VOYANTI GLOBAL / POLICIES & INFORMATION

Terms & Conditions

The framework for planning, coordination, and travel services.

UPDATED OCTOBER 23, 2026PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING

Travel arrangements work best when expectations are clear. These terms explain how inquiries, fees, supplier conditions, and bookings are handled.

Please read these Terms together with the Payment & Cancellation Policy and any specific written quotation or supplier terms.

1. Acceptance

Use of our website, inquiries and purchases is subject to these Terms to the extent applicable. Additional booking agreements, quotations and supplier terms may apply.

2. Services

Voyanti Global offers corporate travel, vacation planning, hotels, flights, ground transportation, groups and private jet charter coordination through third-party operators.

3. Requests and Quotes

An inquiry does not confirm a reservation. Quotations depend on availability, supplier terms and prices in effect when a booking is confirmed.

4. Planning and Service Fees

Planning, research, coordination, booking or administrative fees may apply. Applicable charges and payment timing will be disclosed before authorization of paid services.

5. Payments

Payments are final and non-refundable under our standard policy except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing. Our Payment & Cancellation Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

6. Cancellations and Changes

Voluntary cancellations ordinarily do not entitle customers to cash refunds. Eligible future travel credits may be available for use within 12 months after cancellation, less applicable deductions, subject to supplier restrictions and our Payment & Cancellation Policy.

7. Travel Suppliers

Airlines, hotels, charter operators, cruise lines and transportation providers set their own terms. Voyanti Global does not necessarily operate or control these services.

8. Private Jet Charter

Voyanti Global is not an aircraft owner or direct air carrier. Charter flights are subject to appropriately authorized third-party operators and their pricing, availability, operating and cancellation terms.

9. Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for passports, visas, identification, entry requirements and reviewing applicable travel advisories.

10. Accuracy of Information

Customers must provide accurate booking and traveler details. Corrections or changes may incur charges.

11. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance may be recommended or made available through an appropriate provider. Coverage and claims are governed by the insurer’s policy.

12. Events Beyond Our Control

Weather, government action, supplier disruption and other events may affect services. Available remedies depend on supplier terms and applicable law.

13. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Voyanti Global is not responsible for independent acts or omissions of third-party suppliers. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Corporate Agreements

Separate signed corporate agreements may govern service scope and responsibilities, and control where expressly specified and legally permitted.

15. Website Use

Visitors must not submit fraudulent inquiries, misuse the website or interfere with its operation.

16. Privacy

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.

17. Updates

Updated terms will be posted online and apply prospectively as permitted by law. Existing confirmed purchases remain subject to their applicable contractual terms unless lawfully modified.
