Payment & Cancellation Policy

Understand fees, changes, refunds, and potential credits.

UPDATED OCTOBER 23, 2026PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING

Before authorizing travel services or payments, review how our standard payment policy interacts with supplier restrictions and applicable consumer protections.

Our standard policy generally treats authorized payments as final. However, applicable law and controlling supplier or written agreement terms may require a refund or different remedy.

1. General Payment Policy

OUR STANDARD POLICY IS THAT AUTHORIZED PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE under our standard policy, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly provided in a written agreement. This applies to authorized payments for planning, coordination, reservations and purchased travel services, subject to controlling supplier terms and law.

2. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Voluntary cancellation does not entitle the customer to a cash refund under the standard policy, except where law or a controlling agreement requires otherwise. Send cancellation requests in writing to travel@voyantiglobal.com.

3. Future Travel Credit — 12 Months

An eligible customer may be offered a credit toward a future booking arranged through Voyanti Global, at our discretion and subject to supplier restrictions. An approved credit must be applied to a new eligible booking within 12 months of the cancellation date, unless a different legally applicable deadline is stated in writing. Travel may occur later only if applicable supplier rules permit it. The available amount is calculated after supplier penalties, cancellation charges, administrative fees, service fees and other nonrecoverable amounts. Credits are not guaranteed; some bookings are entirely non-creditable. Approved credits cannot be redeemed for cash under this voluntary program and are non-transferable unless Voyanti Global expressly authorizes a transfer and the relevant supplier permits it. Additional trip costs are payable by the customer. Unused credits expire under their applicable terms, subject to law.

4. Planning and Service Fees

Planning, research, consultation, coordination and administrative fees are generally non-refundable once the relevant service begins or is performed, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing. They are not automatically eligible for travel credit.

5. Supplier Restrictions

Airlines, hotels, charter operators and other providers set their own conditions. Some bookings are non-changeable, non-transferable or non-creditable. Supplier credits may have different deadlines or traveler restrictions.

6. Private Jet Cancellations

Charter operator payment and cancellation conditions apply. Penalties may increase near departure; positioning and operational charges may be nonrecoverable. Charter credit is not guaranteed.

7. Rebooking and Changes

New bookings may incur supplier change fees, fare differences, additional taxes and disclosed Voyanti Global service fees.

8. Supplier Cancellations and Required Refunds

When a supplier cancels or materially changes a service, applicable law and supplier conditions determine remedies. Legally required refunds are not replaced with credits without any consent required by law.

9. Payment Disputes

Customers may contact us about billing issues. Nothing restricts lawful payment disputes, chargebacks or consumer protection rights.

10. Acknowledgment

Customers may be asked to acknowledge these terms before payment. Such acknowledgment does not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Payment Authorization and Supplier Timing

A travel inquiry or form submission does not itself authorize payment. A reservation is not confirmed until the relevant supplier accepts it and a confirmation is issued. Deposit deadlines, remaining balances, and any supplier payment schedules will be provided for the specific booking.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is owed, the method and timing depend on who processed the payment, the applicable legal requirements, and supplier or payment processor procedures. We will not promise a processing date that depends on an independent supplier or processor. We will communicate known status information when available.
